Day 1: Settle In & Connect
Welcome! Day 1 begins with a relaxed evening arrival, giving you time to settle in and start connecting with your fellow attendees. We’ll kick things off with Networking & Nibbles, followed by a delicious group dinner and formal introductions. You'll also get a tour of our gorgeous, viral-worthy property—trust us, it’s as stunning as it looks online. After dinner, unwind your way: soak in the hot tub, explore the secret game room, lounge in one of the cozy living spaces, or keep the conversations flowing on the beautiful outdoor decks.
Day 2: Learn, Grow & Explore
Get ready for a full day of inspiration, learning, and connection. We’ll start bright and early with affirmations and intention setting, followed by hands-on educational sessions and workbooks designed to help you gain clarity and level up your business. Midday, we’ll head out for a light hike through the private property to a breathtaking canyon—perfect for reflection and reset. After a nourishing lunch, we’ll dive back into more workshops and powerful conversations to keep the momentum going.
Day 3: Reflect & Say Goodbye (For Now!)
On our final day, we’ll come together for an optional early morning cold plunge—a refreshing and invigorating way to close out the retreat followed by a heartfelt goodbye breakfast. By now, we’re no longer strangers. We’ve shared stories, learned together, and become a tight-knit group of biz besties. It’s amazing what can happen in just a few days when women come together with purpose!

Hi, I’m Chanla—your host!
I’ve been an entrepreneur my entire adult life and spent the last decade building my own skincare brand from the ground up. Along the way, I’ve learned a lot, made plenty of mistakes, and discovered what truly works. These experiences have fueled a passion for helping other small business owners navigate their own journeys. I’m here to support you, share what I’ve learned, and create a space where we can all grow—together. I hope to see you in November at my retreat!
